Kenmore Meals on Wheels
Have you heard about Meals on Wheels?
The friendly staff from Kenmore Meals on Wheels delivers freshly made "3 course meal and a juice" everyday throughout the week to your home.
The delivery area includes Anstead, Bellbowrie, Brookfield, Chapel Hill, Fig Tree Pocket, Karana Downs, Kenmore, Kenmore Hills, Lake Manchester, Moggill, Mount Crosby, Pinjarra Hills and Pullenvale.
The cost for each meal is only $7.50 if you are eligible for the Home and Community Care Program, if not it will cost you $10.00 each meal.
The 3 course meal includes a soup, a main meal and a dessert.
These meals can be tailored to your need. Diabetic, gluten free, low fat or vegetarian, you can request the meals to be made the way you want it.
If you do not wish the staff to deliver to you daily, the staff can also delivered frozen meals for you. You can then enjoy the meal whenever you want to.
Remember Meals on Wheels is not only for the elderly, it can also be very handy for those who required temporary care (after surgery..etc).

Friday is just around the corner and LONG WEEKEND is not far ahead!!!
A brief reminder for everyone:
Prout's Pharmacy will be CLOSED on MONDAY 7th OCT 2013 for the upcoming LABOUR DAY
OPENING HOURS are as followed
FRI 4/10/13 8AM - 6PM
SAT 5/10/13 8AM - 1PM
SUN 6/10/13 9AM - 1PM
MON 7/10/13 CLOSED
TUE 8/10/13 8AM - 6PM
